When do I pay?
We will contact you for payment one week before the
course starts.
What times do I need to be available Interactive On-Line Training?
You will need to join the on-line meeting at least 15 minutes prior to the seminar start time. Each seminar starts on specific dates and times - contact us if our schedule doesn't work for you.
What times do I need to be available for On-line Courses?
You can work on the on-line courses at your own pace, on your own time. The materials will be available 24x7 for you to work as your schedule allows. There will be weekly assignments, but these can be completed ahead of time if you will be gone for a few weeks.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal.
Can I get a refund?
We offer a pro-rated refund if you decide to withdraw
from a course. Your deposit is non-refundable.
What if I have questions during the training?
Just ask! You will be able interact with your instructor and classmates in order to receive answers to your questions!

ready to go. Of course you will probably want to own
the software you are learning!
