When do I pay?
We will contact you for payment one week before the course starts.

What times do I need to be available for on-line courses?
You can work on the on-line courses at your own pace, on your own time. The materials will be available 24x7 for you to work as your schedule allows. There will be weekly assignments, but these can be completed ahead of time if you will be gone for a few weeks.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal.

Why do you require a deposit?
Our courses are very popular, and we limit our class sizes.  As a result, we sometimes have to turn people away.  We only accept registrations with a deposit to ensure that we don't unnecessarily turn people away.


Can I get a refund?
We offer a pro-rated refund if you decide to withdraw from the course.  Your deposit is non-refundable.


What else do I need to take this course?
As long as you have a computer with a CD-ROM drive, soundcard and high speed Internet connection, you will be ready to go.  Of course you will probably want to own the software you are learning!
