  • We can e-mail you the answers you need so you can keep it for future reference
  • Using Windows Messenger, you can request "Remote Assistance" and we can fix your computer over the internet, with you learning from every click we make!

What if you can't help?

When you submit your question via e-mail or phone, our expert tech support reps will determine if we can solve your problem.  If for some reason, we can't help, we will let you know up front, and there won't be a charge.

When do you charge me?
Once we have determined that we can answer your question, we will charge your credit card and then provide our assistance.

What's remote assistance?
If you have Windows XP, Remote Assistance is built in - we can use it to connect to your computer over the Internet and help you with your problem.  You will be able to see in real-time the steps we take to solve your issue.

 

So what's it going to cost me?

  • We charge $29.99 for up to 20 minutes of tech support.  If you choose to communicate by e-mail, you will receive at least 20 minutes of our time.
  • If you require additional help, we charge $0.99 per minute thereafter.
  • No refunds.
